A Little Different: Looking for a Story (details inside)

So a while back I read a story and I've been looking for it for months now and haven't been able to come close.

So the story regards some guy whose the employee at a company. He is married or recently married. At the office where he works he meets a new hire (that no one really talks to) who happens to be an older woman (I'm not sure how much older I want to say in her 40s). She frequently shows up to work in tight revealing outfits, ya know the usual. They get to talking. An important detail being that she asks him to get something from under her desk and he ends up finding her thong. Later that night she sends him revealing pictures while he's at home with his wife. His wife refuses to be sexual with him (I think it might have been because it hurt or something) so he responds to these messages. They end up having sex in the office. The story ends with him divorcing his wife. He begins a relationship with this other woman, she gets pregnant and they have him become the executive of the company. As a possible side important detail I distinctly remember her visiting him in the office while she's pregnant wearing high heels.

That's all I really remember, if anyone knows of this story, or remembers this story or knows where it is please let me know!
