[Configuration] Is there a list of bindable key names? (Can I manually bind the pause key?)

I am trying to bind the pause key to a button on my steam controller, as Company of Heroes does not give the option of remapping keys in game. The big picture interface does not give the pause button as an option, so I opened the configure file to edit by hand and was able to successfully bind a button to the break key as described in the link below.

Unfortunately, the game appears to distinguish between the pause and break buttons, as pressing either the bound break button or the physical break key on my keyboard do not have the same effect as the physical pause key.

I tried replacing "BREAK" with "PAUSE" in the text config files, but was rewarded with a completely unbound key. Is there a list somewhere of the bindable keys and their identifying strings?
