ansible help needed

so I have some messaging cluster software and basically, I wanted to grep on some pattern on all nodes (3 nodes)logs and then if pattern matched I will restart the whole cluster or I would do whatever. the problem is I store the grep result using "register" in some variable, and if the rc == 0 the other tasks will be invoked. but what if the pattern match on one node log file. but not on the others?!

how to tell ansible to do these tasks if the pattern match at any given node?
