Best Used 4x4 for 25k or under?

I am looking to get a truck with a good amount of bed space, and great durability for 25k or under. Extra features are not super important, but I am looking for something that has cruise control, 4 wheel drive and ideally is a manual not an automatic. I have obviously looked extensively into Tacomas, but am worried that the bed space is a little too small. F-150 was next on my list but I can't seem to find any that are manual. What else would y'all recommend? I will be doing a lot of driving so durability and fuel efficiency are a big plus. Thank you!
