I can't connect now

Was playing a ranked game and in between rounds we all were lagged out I guess but we were stuck on the in game loading screen. I waited ten minutes before dashboarding. I load the game back up and it gives me the reconnect option so I do it. Same story, loading screen. Dashboard over and over and now it's been an hour and it still asks me. When I choose not to reconnect and start a new ranked match I time out and it can't find anyone. Any ideas? I've done a hard reset as well. Still saying servers aren't available.
