Translation of Russ's Russian?

In S2E12 "Kimmy Sees a Sunset!" (near -29:17), Russ is speaking Russian on the phone. The subtitles say:

Hello, Dimitri. Let me start by saying your people murdered my grandparents.

However, later on in the episode (around -26:39), he's speaking Australian English on the phone, yet the auto English subtitles show something completely different (intentionally). Can any Russian speakers confirm whether or not the English subtitles from the Russian scene are accurate (and if not, provide a translation)?
