[TOMT][Movie] A sci-fi movie where there is a drug that people drink (a blue liquid) to keep themeselves young and healthy, a Doc Brown-type character who ultimately takes the drug, a videogame where the loser dies or is incarcerated, and time travel where people wear some sort of space helmet.

I saw the movie more than 20 years ago, and there is a not-so-small chance that I actually might be mixing up two movies, because I was 6 years old or something, and I just remember that it kept me glued to the screen past my bedtime, so it could be I saw the end of one movie and the beginning of the next one when my parents noticed and sent me to bed.

Thanks in advance!
