###Respect the Green Goblin!

Norman Osborn was the CEO of Oscorp when he was going through the notes of his former business partner and started to create the Goblin Serum when it accidentally blew up in his face this granted him superhuman strength and durability but damaged his brain and made him insane (or thinking more clearly than ever before according to the man himself) and thus he became the Green Goblin.

###Physicals

Even though this is Osborn's least preferred way of fighting the Goblin Serum makes him very capable of physical combat.

Strength:

• Stops Spider-Man and shoves him away
• Destroys shackles designed to hold the Hobgoblin
• Trading blows with Spider-Man
• Holds Spider-Man
• Destroys a sword by stomping on it
• Destroys a phone by griping it and destroys a TV with it

Durability:

• Takes a beating by the most blood-lusted Spider-Man you'll ever see and is still conscious
• Got his heart pierced by his glider and regenerated with his healing factor
• Tanks a whole bag of Pumpkin Bombs and is fine
• Takes another beating by a really mad Spider-Man
• Gets falling rubble over him that Spider-Man is very affected by and is taken away but mostly alright.
• Tanks a blast from Songbird
• Gets slammed into a building from a great height and is fine
• Bulletproof armor

Speed/Skill/Agility:

• Dodges a chair thrown by Spider-Man
• Takes out a guard at highest security prison
• Tackles Spider-Man
• Dodges a thug with his glider and takes out a gun with his blaster
• Kills Swordsman (Strucker) with his own sword

###Equipment

Probably what most are associating with the Green Goblin, with his glider, pumpkin bombs and other miscellaneous equipment this makes the Green Goblin a force to be reckoning with in combat.

Goblin Glider:

• Speed:

  • Travels across the hall very fast
  • Tags Spider-Man

• Control:

  • Dodges Spider-Man in a small space
  • Rescues himself with glider
  • Attacks Jessica Jones with glider while falling

• Exhausts:

  • Smoke exhaust
    • Unbreathable smoke
    • Spider-Man can't breathe
  • Rocket Blast
    • Burns through Spider-Man's web

Pumpkin Bombs:

• Makes Spider-Man very groggy
• Takes out guards
• Takes out a groggy Spider-Man
• Blasts Swordsman (Strucker) through a wall
• Takes out Swordsman (Strucker)
• Lots of bombs levels a building and kills the guards inside

Finger Blasters:

• Five blasts takes out Ben Reilly (Spider-Man's identical clone)
• Blast to the head makes Spider-Man's head spin
• Spider-Man takes a big hit from blast
• Staggered by grazing blast

Batarangs Goblin Boomerangs:

• Sharp enough to cut Spider-Man's web
• Good marksman
• Really good marksman

Misc:

This is stuff he probably doesn't have with him all the time but more a show case of what he could bring

Now this is what separates the Green Goblin from other common villains, this is why Norman Osborn is Spider-Man's greatest and most feared enemy.

General logic/Observation/Innovation:

• Creates a gas grenade that removes wall crawling
• Creates a gas that dulls senses and removes Spider-Sense
• Discovers how Peter Parker gets his pictures of Spider-Man
• Discovers that the prison he is in is under water
• Good with numbers
• Sees through Doctor Strange's illusion
• Knows that the New Avengers were setting up a trap and countered it
• Figures out how to jam War Machines magno locks
• Knew that Spider-Man was trying to infiltrate him as Venom (which Venom's teammates didn't discover except Daken who has hightened senses)

Plotting:

• Successfully figured out Spider-Man's identity
• Is behind the whole Clone Saga (Not only does he have the ability to torment Spider-Man but us readers in real life as well)
• Has a lot of plans for if he goes down which he uses to make Spider-Man break Norman out of prison
• Fakes Aunt May's death and places an actress with modified DNA in her place
• Have heavy evidence against him stolen and the accuser discredited by placing a gamma emitter on Samson and getting an actor that plays the Green Goblin
• Plants automatically altering "evidence" against him
• Knew Spider-Man would attack him so he placed cameras
• Captured Black Widow by pretending to be Nick Fury
• Have catastrophe files for mayor players
• Modifies Namor's exwife and unleashes her on Atlantis
• Changes his face

Manipulation:

• By manipulating the public and impressing the president during the Skrull Invasion and intercepting the plans to take out the Skrull Queen and doing it himself he became the head of national security
• Improves Daken's image by blowing up a few buildings and blame it on the enemies while planting a baby that Daken could rescue
• Hires actor to kidnap his grandson so he can clear his name
• Makes the entire city hunt for Spider-Man
• Deflects attack by Ben Urich
• Gets inside Sentry's head and wins him over to his side
• Gets inside Captain Marvell Skrull's head and turns him against the skrulls
• Knows how Penance works
• Disarms a bad speech by Hawkeye
• Distracts the public from very bad press by putting War Machine on trial and further distracts by letting Ares attend the trial
