[Socialists] What will you do to solve the black problem?

Blacks cause an immense amount of crime & constantly use their privelege against white folks. A Communist state can't ever be a crimeless utopia because blacks will still continually generate crime. If you feel this is racist, feel free to go and look at the actual numbers concerning blacks. I was thinking we could just send them back home to Africa but I was wondering if Communists have any solution for the black problem.
