Pain already answered the question himself.
Did he? When? And what was the answer?
Yes
I am confused as to which question you answered..
Pein's answer was yes.
In Amegakure, yes. Pain wouldn't risk destroying the village with a CT.
Without, nope.

Jiraiya would win.
He wouldn't die, that's for sure.
He would lose God path pein was too strong.
Pain certainly thinks so. Probably because Jiraiya wouldn't have gotten blindsided after taking down a few like he did in canon, and he'd know that he should be aiming for Nagato himself rather than just destroying his puppets.
Yeah, Jiraiya wasted a lot of stamina just doing in the first couple and then on top of that, he attained an injury on the blindside.
Another question. Would Pain win if he knew that Jiraiya knew the secret to Six Paths of Pain technique?
If if Jiraiya knew the secret he would probably just retreat and report his findings to the leaf
Yeah, most probably. But for the sake of discussion, if Jiraiya had to go
1v11v6 against Pain, who would win? Let's assume that Jiraiya knows the secret to the Six Paths of Pain technique, and that Pain knows that Jiraiya knows so that he doesn't underestimate Jiraiya.
