More Drunken Poetry

Feedback Received!

You all seemed to like my drunken poetry last week, so here's another shitty poem that needs some work.

I'm drinking more than ever
Is the example you or me?
I want to make sense of living
Maybe that's reality
I'm treading in this wine
While the time reaches past
Whites and reds and rosés
I know the warmth won't last
I'm deeper in this tequila
That I ever thought I'd be
What happened to who I was
When the world was at my feet?
I'm drowning in this gin
You taught me about regrets
The glass is always half empty
But the bottle isn't yet
This isn't what I wanted
It's what I've come to know
My greatest fear is being stuck
In life and love, for show
