How do the JP challenge reward dungeons work?

I cleared Challenge Level 6 in JP, which is apparently supposed to reward a one-shot Py dungeon. I opened the letter and nothing happened, nor do I see a Py dungeon anywhere on the list of special dungeons (although, since I can't read Japanese, it's possible I missed something).

Where do I go to get the reward?
