[Black Ops III] Crashes with new 500GB SSD

So here is the thing:

Maybe a month ago, I put a 250GB SSD into my PS4 and everything went good. I got the performance-boost I want, but I decided to install a 500GB SSD because of storage-problems. On 05 may patch 1.10 was released and I still played on my 250GB SSD without problems. On 09 may I installed the new 500GB SSD (Intenso 512GB) and since then my Black Ops 3 is constantly crashing. The PS4 shows NO error code, just the text "The data of the application are damaged." Other games are working fine instead. I already initialized the PS4, but the problem persists.

Did someone experienced a similar problem with a new SSD/HDD? Does someone maybe know a solution for the problem?
