Padded stick recommendations?

I prefer light rattan for sparring but I realize that it has its limitations especially considering some of my students. I've decided to start working some padded stick work in my group but I'm not sure where to start when buying padded sticks. what I'm looking for are sticks without much flex that can still provide a solid defense. Other issues I've had in the past are padded sticks that might break when attempting disarms due to leverage and pressure.
