Help, feeing stuck, need general advice

Well ive been playing on and off for two years and i really cant seem to end up anywhere in the game as far as progress goes. My heroes are at high levels and it takes ages to actually upgrade them, all my rescources come in super slow and i dont know what to do. My might is at 11k. I guess the question is how do i progress more? Where do i go from here?
