Halo 5 campaign - it felt off....

Discussion

I dunno how to describe it. It just felt off.

It was short. A lot shorter than I expected. In previous Halo games I usually found myself wondering when a level would end only to have it load another sub level. This time around, I found that a level was suddenly over.

I also found it to be way easy. That could be for a few reasons. This is usually a coop game for me, so the difficulty is probably a bit lower than the equivalent mode for coop play. It also could be my teamates. By the end I was good at giving them commands. They could take out half and leave the rest to me. It got to the point where is avoided using them for that last few missions.

A final thing was the supporting cast. Who were these people. Besides Castle as one guy on a squad, I couldn't identify these people. Particularly the ones with Chief. Because he is in it for 3 missions of out 15.

Speaking of missions. 2 whole missions devoted to wandering around an open area to hit X. What was that?

Ultimately, I had fun, but that felt like a big DLC to 4 not a full title.

What was your thoughts on the game?
