[FO4] Help a first time modder. Thanks.

I need help modding fallout 4. I know how and where to get mods but don't know which ones. I'm looking for mods for girls in game, gameplay mods, graphical mods.. So does anyone know who i can ask or where I can look for these? I went on nexus and I couldn't find what I was looking for, just the top mods. And there's mods that go with other mods and it's just confusing to me. Thanks for the help
