Buy tier 3 or multiple tier 1 skins.

Recently got a lot of glory (25000) with help from the chests in the update and am now considering spending it to try to get get skaarf tier 3 as I already have tier 2 when the next scaarf box comes out.

Not sure whether I should buy several tier 1 skins or go for the tier 3.

What tier 1 skins would you recommend to get if I go with the second choice?
