Question - Silicone-free brow products?

Hey! Silicones break me out. I currently use Bare Minerals brow powder and a Soap and Glory pencil but I really like the more defined brow looks you all sport which I'm assuming comes from using gels etc. Help me, MUA, you're my only hope!
