New to EDM production but I need help with synthesizers and settings.

I just recently took an interest on producing music via a DAW. I had a little question as a newbie, so I was searching for nice free synths and came across a synth named OB-Xd. So I load it up on LMMS, and there are lots of settings in the GUI that I have no clue about. I literally don't know anything about pulse width, envelope, decay, attack, sustain, release etc. I try to look them up but there are lots of really detailed stuff that I don't understand. Does anyone have a little guide on such settings that I can get an idea about them?
