PC not powering on, stuck in bootloop

Hello guys,

I updated my PC after a while, had the option "Defer Upgrades" on. have a custom build, and after the upgrade the PC is stuck in a bootloop. I have tried getting into safe mode but once I select the option to boot into it, it stills goes to a bootloop.

Would really appreciate some help. Thanks :(
