I need help choosing between two <$800 builds.
As the title suggests, I need help choosing between two builds. I plan to use this PC to play games like CS:GO, Stardew Valley, and Rocket League, among other games and some light NDS/GBA/N64 emulators. I'm not all that interested in overclocking at the moment, but if I do become interested down the line, I have no problem gutting the system to install new mobo/CPU.
The first system I made myself on PCP: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Obviously, the second build is missing a network adapter, monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc., but that is negligible.
