Any advice on printing a gear cube that just won't print?

I'm trying to print this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:213946 scaled to .75. I've tried printing it with a brim and no brim and both times some parts stuck and some parts didn't. I then tried printing it with a raft and it unstuck midprint both times I tried to print it with the raft. I have a Monoprice Maker Select V2, use pla filament, have a pei sheet adhered to the build plate with binder clips, nozzle temp: 190, and a bed temp: 45 degrees celsius. Do you have any ideas on how to make this print work? Is this just a hard print? If you printed it before and it didn't fail what did you do to make it print? Thanks! :)
