Mexican law question

Hello my dear mexican friends,

perhaps someone can help me out. I´ve signed a contract with a german institute in mexico. in this contract theres no period of cancellation.

Now it could be that I have a problem starting the job. I would like to know what I can do to cancel the contract before even starting the job?

I read that there usually is no cancellation period in mexico. in germany i would have to send in my cancellation 1 month before the start of the contract.
