First time boot, no signal on Screen. First time build.

Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive. This is a first build for me. Plugged everything, placed everything and was ready for a first start. Pressed the power button, everything seemed fine fans spinning, videocard LED glowing, little green light on motherboard, LED on PC on, optical drive opening and closing. But no signal on my Screen. I tried with hdmi, I tried with DVI, nothing. So I closed the PC, tried and make sure everything was plugged in properly, all seemed fine. On the 2nd try, still nothing, no signal. But this time, on top of that I have my 2 fans that are plugged in CHA Fan 1 and 2 no longer spinning, and I can Power On, but not Power off...

I am totally at loss here, any help/tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
