Do pelletier cooling devices emit lots of em noise?

I have a pelletier based dehumidifier, basically just a powerful pelletier device and a heatsink/fan that drips the condensation into a reservoir.

I've noticed it seems to cause my wireless KB and mouse to go bonkers, Microsoft wireless keyboard 1000 / wireless optical mouse 2000.

The way that pelletiers work leads me to suspect it could cause this, but google searches have turned up nothing that laymen me can understand. Any thoughts?
