[Suggestion] Make Hero skin portraits, frames, and power animations individually selectable

I know I'm not the only person bothered by losing the majority of the gold border when using a hero skin. But the REAL reason I'm writing this is because I have golden Warrior, and I wouldn't ever give him up for Magni -- but I would LOVE the hammer animation on his hero power while using gold Garrosh, to a point that I would pay $10 for that alone.

Is this a reasonable idea we could see in the future?
