Nashville in november?

Looking in surprising the wife to a trip to Nashville in november. Both early 30s into food, music, trying new things and meeting new people. Not big into tourist traps, looking for hidden gems in the city. What are some places that we should Def hit up and check out? Anything happening in the month of November that we must see or do?
