McCree OP?

I recently just found that McCree is a very powerful character. Actually a bit too powerful for my taste. His Stun Ability in combination with his Hammer Fan kills nearly every Non-Tank character and my question to you guys is shouldnt he be nerfed?

I have nothing against McCree fans but I think that he should not be this hardcore powerful in comparison to other Close Quarters Characters like Reaper, Roadhog or Tracer (just examples)
