Tips for dealing with turtling Reinhardts?

Having trouble dealing with these, especially the bastards who sit there backed up against a wall with a bastion / dwarf turret. Most characters seem to have hard counters you can pick against them, but I have no idea how to handle this. Only decent solution I've found is hanzo ult.
