I get it Bastion has counters, but he is extremely toxic to play against

Like old nova in HOTS or Rengar in league. Can blizz rework him? he is not even fun to play. why would you spent 60 dollars for cosplaying a turret exactly. He literally no needs skill or aim. Even a brain dead person can play him decently. I'm fine with every other hero in-game. I mean every one of them are balanced and really fun to play against except bastion
