Japanese Blastoise Starter Deck?

I have been searching the web quite dedicatedly for this, but so far I haven't found ANYTHING, other than something about it on Bulbapedia. It was sold at the Kamex Mega Battle in May of 2016, I'm quite confused how it is so difficult to find. Anyone heard/seen anything? Instead of Charizard or Venusaur, it has Blastoise. I'm not specifially looking to buy on here, but I figured it would be better to go here and see if anyone has heard much before going on r/pkmntcgtrades. EDIT: I FOUND IT ON A YOUTUBE VIDEO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lp0lSZ7kLk, now just to find where to purchase it. Also, it may be released actually in June (shame on you, Bulbapedia)...
