Please help me sort these issues that popped up with windows 10

Hi, I stayed away from Windows 10 for as long as I could since Windows 8.1 worked just fine for me, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But one day I returned home from some errands and found my PC in the middle of upgrading on its own. I didn't really expect any issues to come from this but here are a few I have noticed since upgrading.

• GPU lights and the light on my microphone stay on after shutting down my PC + shutting down takes a lot longer than Win 8 did.
• Start up is ridiculously slow, it's like HDD boot time, even though I know for sure that it's installed on my Samsung 840 SSD
• After booting up the PC and opening a few web pages, my PC loses internet connection, which is reestablished in about a minutes time. It's a bit annoying.

These are some of the things that annoy me about Windows 10 and it's especially irritating since Windows decided to upgrade on it's own, without my consent.

Are these problems normal? Can you guys help me out? I am up for any ideas you might have :)
