Can I take a placement test to be placed in Math 20F as a transfer?

I have taken Calculus classes at community college which are equivalent to Math 20A and B. I am transferring this fall and wondering if I can study study 20C by myself over the summer to take some sort of a placement test to be exempt from Math 20C.
