How to overclock with my motherboard?

Hello, First of all I'll say have an AMD FX 6300 that I want to overclock to 4.3Ghz. My motherboard is the Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3. I was following this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9uXysmgPi8 however I noticed I couldn't find several of the settings he mentioned that I should toggle on or off. Regardless, I did change the settings I could find but after restarting it gave me the failed overclock message and took me into the BIOS and I had to restore the default settings. Can someone please give me guidance as to what exactly I'm supposed to change?
