XFCE theming

I just got done installing Xubuntu on my main machine. I never quite got used to Unity and Ubuntu Gnome wasn't the greatest experience I had imagined.

So far I'm loving XFCE, it's blazing fast on my desktop and uses little RAM (I only have 4GB total) the past 1-2 days I've been using it. I'm used to using Unity Tweak/Gnome Tweak tools to customize the desktop a little better. I like the looks of the Arc Dark flat theme with some nice icons, but not sure how to go about installing them on XFCE. I doubt those tweak tools would work on this DE.

Can anyone help me out, sort of step-by-step? How do I go about installing a complete and popular theme like Arc with Numix icons? I know these are overused a lot on r/unixporn but they are nice looking and I don't want to do a lot of heavy customizing. :)

EDIT: Is there any way to get the super key to open the menu in the upper left-hand corner (is this the Whisker menu?)?
