2016 Mustang shakes going into first

Car: 2016 Mustang EcoBoost 2.3 MT

Symptom: After coming to a stop if I have the car not in any gear, I depress the clutch fully, then shift the car into first. This causes the car to vibrate pretty regularly, not every time- but more often than not. I took it for a test and if I'm shifting more "normally" up/down shifting- it's smooth as butter. No shakes. But at a stop if it's out of gear and then if I put the clutch in and then go into first, you bet it'll most likely give a little shake. I've had the car 3 months and I don't remember this happening before.

My old car (06 Forester MT) never had this either.

Any advice/ideas? Is it normal/okay?
