Does anyone think earning on AppTrailers will affect Perk taxes?

I'm just wondering if you all think that the Perk income threshold ($600) before receiving taxes will be affected by earning money from AppTrailers (which was acquired by Perk.com). Essentially, would AppRedeem Inc send tax forms in conjunction with Perk.com Inc? For example, if I earned $500 on Perk and $150 on AppTrailers, would I be sent a tax form? (I'd rather not have to give Perk my SSN as I would prefer to file taxes separately under misc. income)
