Good Cameras under $500 suggestions?

I'm looking for a good video camera that is under $500. It doesn't have to be that recent (ie it could be 2 or so years old and I'll be happy)

I had a JVC GZ-MS320 camera with 39x optical zoom, 800x digital zoom and 45x dynamic zoom, and I would LOVE a camera that has this kind of zoom.

I'd like it also to be able to shoot in 1080p 60fps and be able to take high quality still photos.

I'm good with Sony and JVC cameras, but I'd like some suggestions, because I've been saving up and have a limited time to choose and I'm having some real trouble finding one that is of good price and specs.

Also I'm looking for one that allows SD card storage. Preferably not micro SD.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)
