High ping on Swedish servers

Recently I started getting super high pings on "Swedish" servers. I'm from the Netherlands, so it shouldn't be this bad. Before these problems I had like 40-42 ping.

And I noticed the one with 7 ping is from Russia, does this mean Russian servers are grouped under Swedish servers?

Multiple people had this problem with me in-game and my pings are normal on all other servers.
