So I sat down and did some theorycrafting

My whole reason for posting it here is to get some input from others - what could be changed? What are you thoughts? I have yet to actually use this build so I'm not sure how damage would end up looking or how significant its perks are in action. I really just built this for fashion at first, but am curious as to how it would perform.
