[Arcade][Early 90's] Arcade title where you fought a Trex with a forklift?

Platform(s): Arcade

Genre: 2d Action game

Estimated year of release: late 80's early 90's

Graphics/art style: 2d sprite

Notable characters: Generic tough guy, Forklift, Trex?

Notable gameplay mechanics: I don't know much else.

Other details: Saw this game in an arcade when I was 6, I think I started playing after someone forgot they had extra lives left. Your guy was in a yellow forklift type thing with swinging arms and a T-rex was trying to attack you. If you didn't time the hits properly it'd reach it's head into the cab and eat you.
