Spell to recover a body?

Family friend is missing, presumed dead. First responders and search team 99.9% certain he's drowned. (Whole thing is really fishy.) I've been trying to contact his spirit to get any kind of information I can about the body's location. I've consulted the cards. Is there anything else I can do? Actually joining the recovery team is not possible, but I know people involved.
