Can we skip the tutorial knight upgrade?

Is it possible to skip the initial upgrade of the knight on a new account? I just watched a youtube replay of a rank 1 account who had a level 1 knight: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1QBiT7g3uEY&t=0m50s

How do you accomplish this?

Reason I am asking is because I want to make a level 1 account and the exp you get from upgrading the knight could be used to upgrade other cards
