PSA: check your difficulty after patch

I'm sure this had been said before but if you are trying for DM acheivo, check to make sure the game didn't change your difficulty. I loaded last night, played with the changed and went and fought a few battles. Today I notice I'm on story only difficulty, and all my saves from before patch are gone so no way to reload...I don't even know if that would help. Well, here's to new game plus....

EDIT::: So I was able to reload to a checkpoint before I did any combat. Changed the difficulty back to death march. I finished the last few quests (I'm cleaning up before the expansion) and completed the game. If did give me the achievement for DM and the others...so I got lucky I guess.
