PS4, PS+, and multiple ps4 accounts unable to use OW

So for the past week my boyfriend and I have been enjoying overwatch on the PS4. He plays on his account, I play on mine (which has PS+ and where the game was purchased).

This morning however, when he signed into his account to play, it gave him the notice that he couldn't play because only my account had the permissions to do so, Locking him out entirely.

Anyone know what's up with this?
