I have put 300+ hours in CK2 without ever playing the base game. Which start would be exciting for me to start with?

I have only played the A Game of Thrones mod and I would love to get into the base game. I have got almost all the DLC. I have put 300+ hours in CK2 without ever playing the base game. Which start would be exciting for me to start with?

Any suggestions?
