Creating a new Spotify membership for deal

I'm just wondering if I should do 3 months for $9.99 as a returning member or if I should create a new membership and get 3 months for $.99? My followers don't matter to me (I have 2), but what does matter to me is my library.. can I smoothly transition one existing account to a new one so I can take advantage of the deal or no? Is there any way to get the .99 for three months without losing my library and being able to connect to Facebook or should I just do $10 for 3 months?
