Is the Atlanta Deal worth it?

So I saw the deal on the US server for the Atlanta + slot + 3 day prem for about $35. I'm itching to get Atlanta for fun, but I feel cheap and want a deal getting it.

Is the current "bundle" a good deal to get or should I wait for a sale like the recent one in-game for about 30% off (I have enough doubloons to get it in-game)?

Thanks for the response,
