Where is a Trading Post in Tyria that is in the smallest place graphic wise?

Looking for a trading post somewhere in the world that wont burn out my CPU and my pc wont overheat in 5 minutes of using. This is me in lions arch or a main city. talking about my laptop, wondering where a trading post is that I would get the most possible frames persecond in even with an awful old laptop?
